How to delete your account
Puzzle Forge is a mobile app. You don't need the app installed to delete your account — you can do it right here from any browser.
1. Sign in
Go to the account page and enter the same email address or phone number you used to sign in to the app. We'll send you a one-time code to confirm it's you.
2. Choose "Delete my account"
Once signed in, tap "Delete my account" and confirm. Deletion happens immediately — there's no waiting period.
What gets deleted
- Your account and its login identifier (email or phone)
- The puzzles you generated
- Your token balance
- Your purchase records, including our RevenueCat customer record
What may be retained
We don't keep anything beyond what's strictly necessary. The only exceptions are short-term delivery logs held briefly by our email/SMS providers, and any limited records we're legally required to keep for fraud-prevention or security purposes. Separately, Apple or Google keep their own billing records for any app-store purchases you made, under their own policies — we never see or store your payment details.
